1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity, and GNG DEV HUB, concerning your access to and use of the VedicVision website and mobile application.

By accessing or using the platform, you agree that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with all of these terms, then you are expressly prohibited from using the services and must discontinue use immediately.

2 Eligibility

The platform is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. Persons under the age of 18 are not permitted to use or register for the services. By using our services, you warrant and represent that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into this agreement.

3 Services & Billing

VedicVision provides digital astrology consultations, including real-time video, audio, and chat sessions with experts, as well as AI-powered astrologer interactions and reports powered by Google Gemini.

Consultations with astrologers are charged on a per-second or per-minute basis, as displayed on the astrologer's profile. Time-based charges are calculated dynamically based on connection logs from our Real-Time Communication (RTC) servers. You agree that our server logs constitute the definitive authority on session durations.

4 Wallet & Cosmic Coins

To use paid consultation services, users must load virtual credits (Cosmic Coins) into their wallet via approved payment gateways. Wallet recharges are subject to the following rules:

• Virtual Currency: Cosmic Coins are virtual tokens used solely to redeem digital services within the platform. They hold no cash value, cannot be transferred to other accounts, and are entirely non-withdrawable.
• Google Play Billing & Direct Gateway: App store recharges are processed via Google Play Billing. Web transactions are processed through Razorpay.
• No Auto-recharge mandates: Recharges are processed on-demand unless you explicitly sign up for a subscription or auto-recharge mandate.

5 User Conduct

As a user of the Service, you agree not to:

• Engage in any abusive, harassing, threatening, or offensive behavior towards astrologers or other users.
• Attempt to bypass the platform's billing or contact astrologers outside the platform.
• Upload or transmit viruses, malwares, or other malicious code.
• Attempt to impersonate another user or register multiple accounts to abuse free trial credits.

6 Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, the platform, its source code, databases, design features, audio, video, text, and graphics (collectively, the "Content") are owned or controlled by GNG DEV HUB and are protected by copyright, trademark, and trade dress laws.

7 Disclaimer of Warranties

Astrology is a matter of belief, opinion, and interpretation. All consultations, automated reports, and AI insights are provided for educational and entertainment purposes only. We make no guarantees, warranties, or representations regarding the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any astrological advice. Any actions taken by you based on consultations are entirely at your own risk.

8 Limitation of Liability

In no event will GNG DEV HUB, its proprietor, or its employees be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, or loss of data arising from your use of the platform.

9 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and your use of the platform are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Tamil Nadu, India.
